1. Assessment
We review your current systems to identify sources of problems and opportunities for improvement. We create a workflow map, determine the system specifications, and unique needs of your company.
2. Design
Applying the results of the assessment, we integrate all system components and automations. The end result is a complete system specified to fit your workflow and operate efficiently.
3. Test/Training
We deploy the finished system in a simulated live environment to test all components, including all user interfaces, interactions, automations, messaging, etc. We also deploy training modules for all employee groups.
4. Implement
Once the testing and training are complete, we begin implementation. We are available daily for all required assistance during implementation and make adjustments as needed.
